Data presented on the usSEABED Internet Map Server web sites contain published data layers and information from the U.S. Atlantic Coast, U.S. Gulf Coast, Caribbean region (Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands), and U.S. Pacific Coast from the usSEABED project of the U.S. Geological Survey, Coastal and Marine Geology Program (CMGP) and the University of Colorado. These data, and similar data from the rest of the United States, are released as a group of USGS Data Series publications. An example of a usSEABED map view is shown at the right. This map view shows a close-up view of the U.S. northeast region. This zoomed in map view shows classified usSEABED data along the mid-Atlantic and northeast U.S. Atlantic Coast, and portions of Canada. Also shown is the U.S. Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) boundary.
